1. Using Maiyaah

You agree to:

• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Use Maiyaah for lawful purposes only.
• Respect other users’ content and privacy.

2. Your Content

You retain ownership of your designs, sketches, and uploads. By using Maiyaah, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and improve your content for the purpose of providing our services.

We do not claim ownership of your designs.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use Maiyaah for fraudulent or illegal activities.
• Reverse-engineer or copy our AI technology.
• Upload harmful, misleading, or offensive content.
• Violate intellectual property rights of others.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, features, graphics, and branding on Maiyaah (excluding your content) are owned by HapiHyperHub Technologies Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without permission.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features are paid. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You can cancel anytime via your account settings.

No refunds are provided for unused time after cancellation unless required by law.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Maiyaah is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Loss of data or profits.
• Downtime or technical issues.
• Content uploaded by users.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
