We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all initial purchases of Maiyaah Studio and Maiyaah Office made through JVZoo. If you find that the software does not meet your professional fashion design needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please contact our support team at support@maiyaah.com with your receipt ID and the email address used for the purchase. We process all valid refund requests within 3-5 business days.
For recurring monthly subscriptions, you may cancel at any time through your JVZoo or payment processor dashboard. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds for recurring payments made after the initial 30-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of management.
While we would appreciate knowing why our software wasn't the right fit for you, we honor all valid refund requests within the 30-day window without requiring a reason.
